This page sets out the principal policies, agreements, and governing documents applicable to The Crosswire Review. These documents define the legal, institutional, and operational framework within which The Crosswire Review functions, including its relationship with Forward College, the rights and obligations of its members and contributors, and the standards governing editorial conduct, submissions, and publication.

The documents published on this page are authoritative and binding where applicable. All members, contributors, and affiliated parties are expected to review and comply with the provisions set forth herein. Continued participation in, or contribution to, The Crosswire Review constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by these documents.

The Independence Agreement, reproduced in full below, establishes the foundational relationship between The Crosswire Review and Forward College.

All writers contributing to The Crosswire Review are required to consult the applicable governing documentation and to complete the corresponding submission form as a condition of publication. Both the relevant policy document and the mandatory form can be accessed here.

Pursuant to the Independence Agreement, The Crosswire Review operates as a Forward College Club and, as such, is subject to and bound by Forward College’s Code of Conduct, Student Disciplinary Policy, and all other applicable institutional rules, regulations, and policies.
